CUZVI App – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CUZVI, India’s first people-powered product and talent app. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the CUZVI mobile application, website, or any services operated by CUZVI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CUZVI, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all related legal documents. If you do not agree, please do not use CUZVI.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CUZVI.

If you are under 18, you must use the app under parental/guardian supervision.

3. User Categories

• Users – Browse, vote, buy, or interact on the app.
• Creators – Submit videos, products, pitches, or talent entries via YODOO or product portals.
• Voters – Vote, comment, support creators.
• Product Partners – Individuals or teams who pitch ideas or partner on CUZVI marketplace.
• Franchisees – Individuals or businesses operating CUZVI micro or mega franchises.

4. Platform Usage

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during sign-up.
• Not impersonate or mislead others.
• Not post harmful, hateful, illegal, sexual, or plagiarized content.
• Follow app guidelines for content submission, voting, and earnings.

5. Content Ownership & Rights

All videos, pitches, and ideas remain your intellectual property.

However, by submitting, you grant CUZVI a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Promote
• Modify (if required for UX, AI-generated remix, co-creation)
• Display or distribute across CUZVI and affiliate platforms.

You agree that content may be used for marketing or platform growth.

6. Earnings & Rewards

CUZVI rewards Creators, Voters, and Contributors based on views, votes, impact, and community decisions.

Earnings are not guaranteed and vary by performance.

CUZVI reserves the right to change reward structures with notice.

Manipulating votes (via bots, fake IDs, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Payouts are subject to tax deductions (TDS) and verification.

7. Product Submissions & Co-Creation

Submitting a product idea does not guarantee listing or commercialization.

If selected, CUZVI may:

• Offer royalty, co-founder status, or cash prize
• Modify the idea for production or marketing

All terms will be shared before any commercialization.

8. Voting & Paid Features

Some votes may carry more weight (premium or token-based), but do not guarantee results.

CUZVI ensures transparency and fairness in all voting mechanisms.

No fake scarcity, countdowns, or misleading urgency is used.

9. Franchise Opportunities

CUZVI franchises are community-based commerce opportunities, not financial investment schemes.

CUZVI does not guarantee profits.

All partnerships require written consent and agreement with detailed terms.

10. Data & Privacy

CUZVI collects minimal personal information to operate.

We do not sell your data.

Data is processed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and upcoming DPDP Act, 2023.

11. Moderation & Removal

CUZVI may remove any content that violates guidelines or is reported.

Users can appeal for review.

Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

12. Third-Party Products & Listings

CUZVI hosts products by creators, sellers, or partners.

CUZVI is not liable for third-party claims or defects.

Product details, warranties, and returns are as per seller policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

CUZVI is not responsible for:

• Loss of earnings
• Content misuse by other users
• Technical issues or outages
• Third-party product/service issues

Use CUZVI at your own discretion and risk.

14. Feedback & Suggestions

You may submit feedback, but CUZVI has no obligation to use or credit such suggestions.

15. Modifications to Terms

CUZVI may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified in the app or on the website.
